“Édith Piaf turns 100
Celebrate the 100th birthday of world-renowned French singer Édith Piaf on Dec. 19 with a concert of her most popular songs, performed by Ariana Nasr and Andy Flinn.
The performance will take place at the Al Whittle Theatre in Wolfville at 7:30 p.m. This show has been delighting audiences all over Eastern Canada this year.
Nasr’s 2015 CD La Vie en Rose, featuring 11 of Piaf’s greatest hits, will be available at the show.

“Singing for Our Supper
On Dec. 20, the annual Singing for Supper fundraising concert is slated for Wolfville Baptist Church at 7 p.m.
It promises to be a night of seasonal songs and stories, says organizer Donna Holmes. This year’s show features Andy and Ariana, The Chimney Swifts, Holmes, Kimberly Matheson, Sarah Pound and Alan Slipp.
Freewill donations will go towards the Wolfville Community Christmas Dinner, which is held at the Lions Hall on Dec. 25. Food donations will also be accepted for the Wolfville Food Bank.”
