1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (the “GTC”) apply to all contracts for the sale and delivery of digital media concluded between the operator of the website andyflinn.com (hereinafter the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”).
2. Formation of Contract
The presentation of the digital media on the Seller’s website does not constitute a legally binding offer. The Customer may place a non‑binding order for the digital media by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. In the shopping cart the Customer can review the product selection and choose the desired method of payment. Before submitting the order the Customer may check all entries again and, if necessary, correct them. By clicking the “Buy” button the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the digital media contained in the cart.
The Seller acknowledges receipt of the Customer’s order with an automatically generated e‑mail. This acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the Customer’s offer. The Seller may accept the Customer’s order within two (2) business days of receipt. Acceptance is communicated by a separate e‑mail in which the Seller confirms the availability of the digital media and the applicable delivery charges (if any).
3. Prices
All prices for the digital media are inclusive of the applicable statutory sales tax.
4. Delivery Charges
No delivery charges are levied.
5. Delivery
Delivery of the digital media is made by download. Once payment has been received, the Customer is given access to a secure area on the website where the purchased media can be downloaded. The Customer may log in to this area at any time and re‑download any media that has previously been purchased.

6. Payment
The Customer may make payment by credit card, PayPal, or pre‑payment (bank transfer).
7. Retention of Title
The digital media remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The warranty is governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
9. Liability
The Seller is liable for material and legal defects in accordance with the statutory provisions.
10. Governing Law
Swiss law governs any disputes arising from this contract.
11. Severability
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
